Welcome to Utsavv Jewellery. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information – We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but slight variations in design, weight, and color may occur.

2. Pricing & Payments – Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before order processing.

3. Returns & Exchanges – Returns are accepted within  3 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. An unboxing video showing the product being opened from the original packaging is mandatory for return requests. Exchanges are subject to availability. Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 100 per order which will be borne by the customer. The money will be issued after deducting INR 100 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us. 

4. Shipping & Delivery – Delivery timelines vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Cancellations – Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase through whatsapp.
